IMPORTANT - 123FlashForum END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT IS A LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND 123FlashForum. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE INSTALLING 123FlashForum. The act of installing and using this software indicates your acceptance of the following License Agreement.

123FlashForum is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties.

1. GRANT OF LICENSE

123FlashForum is a freeware, the AUTHORS (TOPCMM) grant you the right to use one license of 123FlashForum at any time. Prohibit causing or permitting the reverse engineering, disassembly or de-compilation of the Products.

You agree that TOPCMM may audit your use of 123FlashForum for compliance with these terms at any time, upon reasonable intention.
The AUTHORS reserve all rights not expressly granted.

2. COPYRIGHT

123FlashForum is owned by TOPCMM and is protected by China and other countries' copyright laws and international treaty provisions.
Therefore The user must treat 123FlashForum like any other copyrighted material.

3. DISTRIBUTION

This SOFTWARE may be freely distributed, and you must include all files in the original distribution.
Prohibit reselling it to make profit.

4. NO WARRANTIES

The AUTHOR expressly disclaims any warranty for 123FlashForum. 123FlashForum AND ANY RELATED DOCUMENTATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. THE ENTIRE RISK ARISING OUT OF USE OR PERFORMANCE OF 123FlashForum PRODUCT REMAINS WITH YOU.

5. LIMIT OF LIABILITY

IN NO EVENT WILL THE AUTHOR BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY LOSS OF USE, INTERRUPTION OF BUSINESS, OR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND (INCLUDING LOST PROFITS) REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF ACTION WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT PRODUCT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF THE AUTHOR HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

6. TERM AND TERMINATION

The term of this license will begin with installation of this SOFTWARE. This license will automatically terminate upon your failure to comply with any of the terms of this agreement, whichever comes first. When this license ends, for whatever reason, you must destroy all copies of 123FlashForum.
